Broiled and buttered
Maine Lobster tails
Thickly sliced and sautéed
Mushrooms fried in a pan
Scrumptiously soft red yams
Topped with maple syrup
Straight from the can
Tossed Iceberg lettuce
Spinach and Romaine
Italian dressing
Red wine, olive oil
Peppered to demand
T-bone, Sirloin
Filet mignon
Medium rare
Ketchup and fries
Muffins, rolls, and buns
Various grains
Spread with garlic
Butter or jam
Peach cobbler
Carrot cake
And
Pumpkin Pie
Ice cream floats
Soda, beer, and wine
Red and white bubbly delights
Coffee and Tea of all kinds

I hope you are recounting a month's worth of food, and not just your daily intake!
An interesting checklist of gastronomical pleasures, their meaning and enjoyment requiring no more than the descriptions themselves. Delicious.
