I no longer wish
To be alike the rainy night with a distraught moon
I will now replicate
The golden rays of light from a sun in which I wish to bask
No more
Will I be a creature dependent on sordid pasts
I am now, not forever more
Winding through the maze of tubes of time's innards
Embracing the contents
Of every marvelous wondrous potential dinner
I will hold onto each of them
And we will be digested and molded into glorious form
For I am not a man
But a future that is unborn
