Some people do things to protect others,
Are they hiding something else?
Visually they keep up appearances
Everyday the same, hiding the truth.
Maybe they need help,
Enemies come in all different forms.
Feelings they kept locked away
Ripping them up inside.
On the surface all is calm.
Manically they try to escape, but cornered.
Mainly they stay in their rooms.
You would never know.
Seemingly minor incidents eating them up.
Everything is their fault
Lost in a world of crime and punishment
Flat-lining my hopes and dreams.
