Death

Contributed by Kimmy79 on Sunday, 15th February 2015 @ 05:08:51 PM in AEST
Topic: ambiguous

Please don't cry
The thing is we never really truly die
I'm in a place so beautiful and serene
And there are colours you have never seen
I've watched how hard you have cried
Can't you feel me lying by your side?
When you got that burst of energy
To go cut the grass
That was me kicking you up the ass
Do you think I would leave you all alone
When I got that call to return home
I'm with my family sisters and brothers
And death is only walking through one door to another
So don't ever think I am gone forever
I never left you
And we are still together.

Death is not the end. No matter the happening of afterlife of any kind, the memory and shaping of us, or any one we touch in our life, allows for a constant reminder, dim or gleaming, of our visit here.
But even in this, we can still remember that in spirit, our loved ones can continue to provide all the support and love that they have brought throughout our time together in this life. :)
