When you try to make everyone happy
You will please no one
But pleasing anybody is not the point
You have to get the friggin job done
Doubters, detractors, definants
I hear them see them, that's fine
To me, they don't matter
What matters is the bottom line
We have expectations and we have goals
I choose the latter between the two
Because I push myself farther than any expector knew
Welcome to the world of making decisions
Where all will second guess you
By the media, the fans, your family and friends
So do what your gut tells you
