All the world,
Some would say,
Yet hatred inside,
I can't allay,
Alone.
Career is moving,
A man of kindness,
All can see,
But someone close,
Seems will never be,
Alone.
I try, I try,
But no results,
No more I can,
No more is left,
A bitter man,
Of love bereft,
Alone.

I am with you..or have been...and probably will at some point again, friend. I know of despair. I'm reading The Sickness Unto Death, by Kierkegaard. It addresses that which ails you. p.m. me (Invierno) and I'll send you the link.
You sense the despair, so you are half-way to leaving it.

I am truly sorry you feel so alone, unless this is written in third person for people whom are alone. Either way, to whomever it is that is alone.
Very lovely poem, sad, but lovely and well written! Thank you for sharing!!!

brilliantly conveyed
this sense of collective solitude
I suppose we're kept as slave
not willing enough to say
Other than tweet come what may
little gardens of hope
This is truly well said. A poem this one
is.
Peace! |
