Words
Are just that
And that
Is all they'll ever be
Unless you can feel them, undress them
Listen
With delicate ears
You are sunshine on a gloomy day
You are the motion of the hurricane
You are the cool rain running down my skin
And that is when all is not right
Now let me hear you
Sacrifice your fears
Scribble me your darkest
Tell me all that laps at your sanity
Like a collapsing shoreline
The turmoil in your veins
Causes the fraying of my stitches
And I am
Careful of speech
My tongue can be double edged
Though pure of heart
I could be split open by you
And on the best of days
I am
So riddle me your best and I will show you me
The one holding the key

WHAM! What a seductive invitation! You have truly "riddled" us your "best" here!
My favorite line is "Tell me all that laps at your sanity!" Egods…you invite the devil to dance!
The magic here is your fearlessness; nothing is as seductive as confidence.
Splendid little invitation--hard to resist.
