A Dream, I Do, Know What I Mean
Well now I do not have much for money
What I do have is Love for you Honey
Yet am at a loss I do not know just what it takes
Will I ever gain your Love oh how my Heart aches
I see your picture and my breathe goes away
This I know I will Love you Dear to my dying day
All I can do is go on Loving you and praying for you
Wishing I could say these words to you "I Do!"
The grass of our lives will never be any greener
This longing leaves me with a sad demeanor
We go on getting older and I will always long for you
Miss you more and more than ever now, yes "I Do!"
You are my Lady Love and it was given from above
Yet, you may think me unworthy of your Love
Perhaps if you could look beyond what is seen
You could come to Love me, "know what I mean"
No matter what you do Dear Janine I will always Love you
If I had the chance would go beyond romance and say "I Do!"
Though I know it is just "a Dream" I still Love you Dearly Janine
So much so I have let you go but my Heart cries, "know what I mean"
So may this writing be not a hindrance but one of romance
May you dream of Flowers and Love that could be yours
A Love that could be me and not one of happenstance
I leave you now with hope for tomorrow and may it be ours
Even though in my heart is sorrow as I go on missing you
Hopefully you will see how much I want to say "I Do!"
Like they say "a Dream" is just "a Dream" but I Love you Janine!
You are "my Dream Janine" and I do hope you "know what I mean!"
