There is
no difference
between
a priest and a poluticion
they both offer you
freedom
if you have faith
they both offer you
prosperity
and a better way
of living
if you have faith
when all you really get
is ashes
wrapped up in pretty colours
and your mind
not being able
to function
without the guideing hand
of pious words
but only
if you have faith

I note a strong sense of clarity in your writing and while my view of your message is somewhat different I respect your concise message.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
