unspoken

Unspoken
So many words left unspoken, The words "I love you", raining from the sky, your love your desire for just one try.
Your eyes burning, ablaze in the sky, Your soul on fire for just one guy.
The emotion is there, but in the blink of an eye it vanishes like the clouds above.
you question the purpose for whatever the reason, people conveying it wasn't your season.
life on standby willing yourself to keep on going, never feeling good enough, never really knowing.
You crave the feeling you thought you once knew, the desire, the warmth, the feeling of one...Then it sinks in The loneliness has won.
The pep talks are the worse, love yourself, be content, learn to laugh and be alone....stand tall, never fall, And Don't You DARE, let them see you cry!
I am a women first, I shed tears and I bleed red, I am human.." self helped" bread. I walked in the shadows of emotions, that were worthless as a wish upon a star, instead of wishing for Love I should of wished for a car, a fancy house with all the trim, Next time that's what I will wish for instead of "HIM"

I get your point

Your write sparks a lot of emotions for me. In the end though I think a person who has loved is better off than one who hasn't, this is my opinion though. I can really relate to your words and feelings.

You expressed yourself so strongly and beautifully here. An excellent read. Loneliness is never an easy season. You will soon find the love you deserve and your patience proves so. Take care and may God guide you to that amazing man,

Deidra

Love can be bitter. You poem is wonderfully descriptive of all the stages and feelings, and loss.
I remember all the steps, as I'm sure all who read this will.
You have captured the conditions of losing love; and we have all been there with you.
