Jesus Savior, Lord and King

This Poem written by Rev.Dr. Fred M. Lassonde

The day will come

we will go in one accord

Not just some

All who have Jesus as Lord

Now there are those

who dispute it all

Yes and I suppose

may never heed the Call

It will only be

to their own neglect

For all will see

Truth in retrospect

Jesus Savior, Lord and King

First came to rescue

Next He will come to bring

Home His own, you and me

That is if you have been washed pure

Saved and reconciled to GOD

Make your calling and election sure

Repent, Call on Jesus the Son of GOD

Do not just give lip service

Forsake all your sin

Be a Living Sacrifice

You must be "Born Again!"

Everyday we pick up our Cross

We read the WORD and Pray

Let it be that we suffer no loss

When it comes to Judgment Day!

Give yourself body and soul

Call on the Lord while you can

Do not allow sin to take its toll

Jesus came for every woman and man!

It is up to you!

What you choose to do?

No excuses for any woman or man

Choose Jesus while you can!

One must believe Jesus is the Way

Was Crucified, Dead and Buried

Rose again on the Third Day

Yes, paid for our sin and did Bleed

The Lord shed HIS Blood

Allow HIM to Wash you clean

To take away sin and its crud

No longer be cruel and mean!

Be filled with the Holy Spirit

Be "Born Again" from above

If not your Soul will be forfeit

Not in the Family of GODS Love!

Please heed this warning

For you have been told

Let it not be alarming

If Judged by WHO Judas sold

If your reading this

You still have a choice

Everlasting Hell or Eternal Bliss

GOD is waiting to Hear your voice!

Now the Lord Jesus will intercede

as He sits at GODS Right Hand

This poem is written to plead

For you to come to see your need

Salvation is at the Door

Again, to you I implore

Come to the Lord Jesus

He paid sins price for us

Repent now and be wise

The Lord and Savior died for you

He does not wear a disguise

He is here now, what will you do?

let those who caste the first stone be stoned
since they themselves are sinners
so do not caste the stone on anyone is my take
in what Jesus said, so even those who are sinners and who therein did cast stones/ forgive them you... stop thinking you know when you don't. Don't pray as though you are spreading a word of what may come upon those you think do not follow, since you have no right to do so.
my take is that Jesus was wise, they, the wise men saw the star to the north upon his birth, and carried gifts to give onto thee/ the fallin' angel,
this new born baby in the manger ( a feeding trough for farm animal) ,
And on a different slant/
the gift of the magi is a sentimental old story written by O'Henry which by the way was the pen name for William Sydney Porter. read it, if you have not.
I think Jesus was a savior to the people who were enslaved by the Romans. Jesus was brilliant, he was indeed the son of God.
There's something special in his message you see.
Do you know what that is?
Jesus didn't pay the price for the sins of mankind,
We pay, look around. Look at all the poverty in this world. Take a close look.
Son of god. Oh yes indeed, he was, is, always...
Do like Jesus do... try him, really try him on for size,
that's something you'll have to do, open your eyes
dog, come on...

Peace!
