Independence no dependence
Regrets, I've had a few but not enough to mention
I think I'm strong, I go for my goals
Nothing holds me back, this I'm certain
I do it because if I don't, no one will do it for me
So some days I have to do it alone
No friends, just me and my smile
If I need anyone, all I need do is look in a mirror
The strong independent person in the mirror tells me
Go for it, what have you to loose?
You only have much to gain
