....To a Dream come true

You are a giant piece of
what kept me alive. I guess
I would've taken my life a long time ago
if I hadn't seen your eyes
when I closed mine....

You are the key that brought me
back to life. When I died,
you were the Phoenix that
revived me, and set me back to
maximum strength....

When I see you everyday
my heart is relieved that I am not alone
in this world. I feel as though
we are the only ones left in this world
and I want to be with you
as much as I possibly can....

My heart races and my blood boils
when I know someone is picking on you.
If you ever get in any type of trouble,
I always try to do what I can to help.
If I act a little overprotective, it's because
I care for you and I don't want anything
bad to happen to you....

....I could never tell you by voice how I feel
but I am always willing to express myself
through paper and music. In fact,
when I think of you, I often write music
and play it a lot to remind me of you....

It may sound weird, but one of the first things
that drew me to you was your roar.
That was one of the first signs
that you and I were alike. Then, after we
talked and became familiar with each other,
I discovered that you and I
had a lot in common....we're both
half-breeds (so to speak)....to me,
we're a perfect match. But
as the humans say,
"There is someone for everyone...."
Well, as for you, it appears as though
you've found him....but he's not me....

....If I were to tell you the complete truth
of what I feel in my heart, I would say....
