Lifepoems

You walk with eyes open in absolute
darkness,
A face resculpted by a lifetime of
bad choices,
Squandering youth and happiness for
that which kept you detached from reality,
Scars from being used as a commodity
go beyond the skin,
Even that reads like a map of the
past,
A place where there is no starting
point or destination,
This perpetual living suicide begins to
take on a malignancy,
Devoid of emotion those that surround are
shielded to it's effects,
While tenticles affix to those with
nothing more than love,
And are left to die in your wake from
just what your eyes can't see.
