Interval; while my hearts not beating

I love you. Unto the deep crevasses of my mind. I love you. Even into the dark alleys that bind my thoughts to cement walls. I love you. With a child-like tempo, your fingertips dance along the interim of my heart. My body attempts to keep the beat. I love you. Wholesomely, recklessly, tragically, indefinitely. The measure of my unending love to you, folds it's arms around the universe and will not let go.

It's bively written. And for me poems were made for men to profess their love when they exhausted all conventional means of expressing it. Well done. But change the format to dictate the rhythm of the poem. |
