Trapped in a cage
with pain that becomes rage
just want to be released
but pandora box have no peace.
So I relieve the world, my life, my love one's of my pain.
The monster must be contained.
HURRICANE GENEVA
walk the streets but sleeps in the seas
waiting for the perfect storm to express the demon within me.
The calm before the storm is words unspoken
finally breaking free causing a storm but the main ingredient
is anger and a life time feeling misunderstood.
It's just one thing I don't understand?
Should I be a shark in a fish bowl or the beast swimming in the seas.

An intriguing thought here. Some dream this must have been for you: it's visualized well and described in detail. Keep writing and God bless,

The feeling of keeping your troubles to yourself and trying not to lose your mind...I've been doing that all my life! But lovely poem, something that I can certainly connect with, it speaks to me. Wonderful piece.
Hugs & love,

The best to you Geneva!
A beast is all one sees if it were caged in a fishbowl
If it's free to roam in the Sea
It truly is no beast at all. But the Sea
she can be a beast to us all
especially to those on land during a hurricane
Mare Tranquillitatis, Sea of Tranquility
The landing on the moon
Geneva you should see the sky and harness
The stars up above / so should we all
which is commonly too hard for each one of us to do --- your poem however is beautiful!
Peace! |
