Hello to my friends and fellow poets,
I'm back and I'm letting everyone know it,
They say time away makes, the heart grow fonder,
This couldn't be more true, I've missed you all so much,
This is home to a lonely soldier, thank you for your caring shouder,
It is here I can cry, I don't have to hide it cause I'm a guy,
It is here I can love, here I can be one with the man above,
It is here I can laugh, here I have company on those long and lonely paths,
One by one the stories come,
Opening the door, giving everything I have and more,
Showing emotions with no restaint, never leaving a page untouched or blank,
Talking through words, together we discover new worlds,
Here I go running off at the pen, when I think it's over, it just begans,
Writing calms my soul, welcome to The Phantom's show,
I hope to make you happy, I hope to make you smile,
I pour my heart out on the paper, going that extra mile,
I search through my thoughts, it's like playing connect the dots,
Words and phases flipping like pages,
I'm home here at YPDC, thank you for being there for me,
So another poem comes to an end, I'm so glad to be back with my friends.

Awww Matt...I'm so glad you're back..I've missed you so much..and your lovely poetry and warm messages.... Congratulations to you on your promotion..you deserve it.
