selfstruggles

Your stall has been set,
now you must display your thoughts.
But, with memories like yours,
they can never be bought.
Your dreams have been stolen,
now you must bare your soul.
But, with scars like yours,
this world can never feel whole.
This lonely truth, you do not speak,
has become a weight for shoulders weak.
Well, like this early spring morning,
that is laden with frost,
you try to shine,
but, find yourself lost.

It is always difficult to blend with something long established. It takes time to be accepted but persistence will usually pay dividends in the end.
A big leap does not always end in a fall
Nice write
