My Dear Soul Mate Janine Loraine

A few years younger and beautiful she was

When I heard her voice and saw her smile

It brought joy to this heart that had lost its cause

Three years went by and I listened all the while

Listened to a voice that touched my heart and soul

Heard the things she cared about each innermost thought

Realized I Loved her she was the one to make me whole

Soul mates she said we were yet she has now forgot

That is how things are now as I go on Loving this Lady fair

She lives afar and goes about her way seemingly doing okay

With true Love I dream she will be mine that she will come to care

That we will come together somehow, somewhere, someday

Yet, for now this is not so and my mind and heart are in pain

For I miss her and her laughter, smile, her ways and voice

I still pray for her, for my Dear Soul Mate Janine Loraine

Will always have the hope someday I will be her choice
