The sky falls on me
But I welcome the wash of rain
A new beginning
Falling out of this lingering pain
Open arms stretched out
To embrace the unknown
Beneath these gray clouds
Vibrant colors still show
In all the tragedies
Small sparks shine in hope
So I carry on now
To find the cooler side
Of a burning rope
Stranger come walk with me
Bury yesterday
Together we can find a new dream
Scars never run as deep as they seem
Were never as alone as we believe

I really liked the lines
"Stranger come walk with me
Bury yesterday"
Lovely flow and great imagery.
One of those poems that make you feel at peace after reading.
