Its strange
How thin ice will form
On a sea of hot water
I'm dealing pleasure
To the devils daughter
I was fishing in blood
When I found I'd caught her
I realise too late
For how long I have sought her
I was up no good
And she had the criteria
That put in our joined hands
Could cause mass hysteria
I realise too late
That her other side can sear ya
If she feels threatened,
My friend,
Dont make her fear ya
I noticed a change
A twist in the tale
She fought not with words
Nor tooth
Nor nail
She gets the job done
Via crippling blackmail
I realise too late
I mistook bullets
For hail
For years I searched
And found no trace
Of who I'm to blame
For the vicious disgrace
I realise too late
That I lost my place
For spotting wild fantasy
For finally giving chase
