I'm telling a story
a friend of mine
we used to go out
in sunshine
those days that was considered a crime
but we didn't care about sharing the day and time
we where just happy
and everything was fine

I get the idea this poem is about race. 2 friends who doesn't prescribe to social norms. Good write short yet makes you think.
