I have a daunting task, ahead of me
The lifeless figure I thought gone
Came back, and it's ganwing at me.
I felt it gone for quite some time
And was quite scared, the shade of old
Had gone for good, and wasn't mine...
Not anymore.
And now, after so long, it came back
Into my soul, to sink its claws.
I have a daunting task, ahead of me
To teach it right from wrong, to teach it be
To turn its grizzly touch from lead to gold
To turn it back into my shade of old.
