Full Circle Frenzy

With a pen for a friend
and a fool for a hand,
with a brain made of rain
and a soul made of sand,
with toes that won't go
and feet that won't run,
in a race undefined
where the winner is none;
in a clamouring stammer
staccato beat hammer
a grasping unclasping
of bowling unrolling,
an unfurling curling,
I find once again,
after all of this running
I'm back with my pen.

That was great! Such an easy joyful read because of the flow and the way you structured the words. Yayness be yours and ours. |

Wish you could hear me clapping! This is delightful! Has a simple and natural rhythm that flows like a conversation with an old friend.
Like when you write with your slippers on!
