i am found to be standing over flames again
and for me, there is no water
i am ill in the thirst of those dying men
who were carried away for their slaughter
what of the flesh if not one part
would be spared when left to sunlight?
what of the secrets kept dark in my heart?
would they tell of my story as a prophet might?
the tale of one man is not declared in one story
liken to a clan of moss around mossy pipe
a wall of paintings to show his lesser glory
speaks of early harvests when the fruit was not ripe
to patch together a quilt for cold winters
consisting of one man's well fors, and his bad
is better from skilled hands unmindful of splinters
to place product to the life that a man once had...

nothing frivolous here or the way you weave
words, its enchanting like a knights tale; a hint of
war? truly beautiful, i will come back to read it
again, and now i want to read a poem about the
secrets kept dark in your heart lol,
hugs n' love nessa |
