When my insides go cold
When the night arises
You're always so bold
I never grow tired of your surprises.
When the moon went down
That one day
I found you bound
To what, I could not say.
But when I saw your eyes
All my troubles were not to be
And at that moment
I knew I found the one for me.
Not a day goes by without thinking of you
I feel alone as I watch you leave
It's simply a thing I do
I wear my heart on my sleeve.
When I saw you smile
I knew I was in love
Although it took me a while
Patience is what I got tired of.
