I'm hanging at the YPDC tonight
because
that's what I like to do,
oh emystar is shinning
and Ladyfawns flows move sweetly...
shelbys smiling through the blue
starts the night of
with emotional Innervisions from the deep.
Hauntedscorp thrills me with burning with desire
as
Timtheous has me walking on air,
Spuds walking on water
has me floatiing as I start to dream
and Holderofthestone
oh your perfection mesmerizes me.
As I flow on what Northernnights write
I suddenly wanna know
where did the blossoms go
and
that's when I realized
that I really love poetry
and I'm gonna get it...
at the YPDC.

Haha. Niiice!! As if I didn't already love this, just from the title. What an honour to be mentioned in one of your writes, and with some other amazing poets as well. This is a magical place, and it is in no small part because of the people here. I find I cannot stay away for any length because, to me, this is home. Thanks for summing that up in your poem ;)

Grinning from ear to ear here and that is no small feat you have accomplished because it hurts my brain to smile that big!!!
I am honored and thankful. This place is addictive and I know that for myself, I have been known to go through withdrawals when I am away for any length of time.
We are definitely going to get some great poetry here.
Thank you for an enjoyable read. Thank you for the mention and to be included with such greats. You deserve mention as well.

Agreed what an honor it is to be mentioned here... And among those great poets please make sure to include yourself!!
this site is filled with so many brave writers, not just this you mentioned but many more and yourself... I have been here for years and could never see myself leaving to be honest.
the poets you mentioned as well as others and yourself have always been a great inspiration. And I'm sure will remain so!!

| I'm grinning from head to foot with the warmth of your words. I think it's amazing to have a site that encourages so much creativity and to have such easy access,to be able to come and go as life dictates over years is a continued pleasure. |

Once I dreamt I could but then I woke up.
The family of poetry is happy, sad, philosophical, critical, joyous, speculative, loving etc...etc...
