Time Is Moving Way To Fast

I wish I could slow down time
erase the thoughts of not wanting to die
Time is moving way to fast
everything is happening within a blink of an eye

I Was just thinking
of how little my children were
Those days are gone forever
just becoming a memory and a blur

They are getting much bigger
and older I am to be
All I can do is watch it all
past by so fast, you see

I enjoy life so much
wishing time would stand still
Enjoying every moment with my children
enjoying each and every thrill

Unfortunately time moves forward
leaving a legacy of all that we do
Leaving only a memory of the past
feeling sad about the future we pursue

So, I make a wish every day
to remain young and not grow old
To not have life pass by so fast
leaving memories and feelings to be cold

I suppose it is what it is
nothing can slow down the hands of time today
I have to make all moments precious
before they become just a memory and slip away
