Outside the dirt-spotted windows,
The world rolls by,
Fellow travelers oblivious,
As they wirelessly connect.
Music echoes from tiny speakers,
Minature orchestras held in their hands.
There was a time you were thougt insane,
When caught talking to yourself,
Theough the lady in front goes on regardless.
The clickity-click-click of a laptop keyboard,
Louder than the wheels on the track.
And we all sit in our case,
The world passing by,
Waiting to join in once again...

Fellow travelers oblivious,
As they wirelessly connect.
Yeah, no ***** and sometimes it's down right disgusting. Cannot even have a conversation with someone.
Very well stated. Wonder just how much of the world passes one by when they're in their own little world of technology.
I would suggest having the typo fixed.
Thank you for an enjoyable read. |
