It's the disappointment

Contributed by Apollonia on Wednesday, 2nd April 2014 @ 03:18:34 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

It’s the disappointment
It’s that
Which hurts the most
I always think about him
I would take my own care
Put it far behind me
Run to him
Every time he needed me
BUT
It’s the disappointment
Which fills my mind with disaster
No more than empty words
No more than empty looks
From guys everywhere
Staring at me
Only one I wanted to look at me
Think I was the most beautiful thing in this world
BUT
It’s the disappointment
Which fills my heart with pieces of glass
Pieces of screaming voices
My body doesn’t wants to move
And my mind starts to hurt itself
I want to give him everything
Want to show him the world
Want to show him my soul
Give him my heart
Love him forever
BUT
It’s the disappointment
It’s the things he says
The things he doesn’t do
It breaks me
It torture me
And all I can do is to let it show
Let the world know
But I realized that nobody cares…
