You are always laughing
Talking to everyone
Not saying anything mean
In the halls
In my classes
And all around town
Every time I see you
I can't help but smile
You brighten up my day
I try and stay cool
I'm falling for you
But, i don't know what to do
Then one day I hear the news
You have a girlfriend
I sit and stare
All I can think is
Who is she?
And where is she from?
I laugh and joke
Pretending I don't care
But inside I feel the pain
Why did I wait
That could have been me
But then I think,
No way,
I'm not good enough for you
You have a girlfriend
And let me just say,
I wish I was her...

Sad but true if one dose not take a chance you loose out. Luck dose not came our way you make it happen. Next time just close your eyes and jump.

This poem takes me back to my school days. It can be very nerve wracking to let someone know how you feel. Especially if you are in doubt that the feeling is mutual. The fourth stanza is my favourite. It really captures the heady rush of love.
