I have no idea who likes poetry
But I write it in hope it's you
That someone will give it a read
But who reads poetry?

Whoever you are I have to say
I love to write for you ever day
I hope you like what the Banjo do say
Come back soon and play
Oh yes, today is World Poetry Day
But for me it's everyday, peace
