Here is the evidence
The proof you need
I put before you
My alibi
My confession
My sins
A bottle of wine
To celebrate the mood
I have let go
I expect nothing more
Nothing in return

This is my apology
An account of my balance
A summons to testify
On behalf of myself
With no help
No guidance
From god
I got
All I would need
To see myself
Become myself
With no one to intercede

The burden has been limited
The shackles have been fitted
In my prison I am lifted
Beyond the confinement of my existence
And in the distance
Far away
I see your face
Clear as day
