Jumped and ran and played and hoped. He smiled and stuck his tongue out and didn't care. Ignorance is bliss. His ignorance was his confidence. He was very happy. They saw his happiness and wanted to take it for themselves. Slowly but surely he was enlightened. He saw the world for what it is. The more he noticed, the less confident he became. He became scared and hid himself from the world. He just sat in his room reading and crying. He was like a baby, totally defenseless. He was so afraid....his life wasted away until he died afraid, dishonored, and alone. The world didn't notice because it forgot him long ago. He was dead before he died. Sadness so profound, regret so deep, that his body shed tears from the grave.

You lead us along to his demise, but at a pace where we can prepare ourselves..a little.
I love the last line "..that his body shed tears from the grave." It doesn't get much sadder than that!
Thank you for the reminder that we become our thoughts! It is an important message.
