Sometimes I do not need a lecture
oh how I should always feel.
I am an open book
my feelings are always real.
We all work through our feelings
in the best way that we can.
Sorry if it doesn't always work well
with your self proclaimed made plans.
Feel the way you choose to
let others do the same.
At times words not need spoken
at times folks do not need guilt and blame.
Sometimes it would be nice
if there were more empathy in this world.
Only in dreams life is always a bowl of cherries
painted in bright red,pink and gold.
It isn't fair to impose our will
upon those around us now
sometimes a soft smile
or a warm hug is all one needs.
Not all the time, but sometimes.
People just do not think!

No. sometimes people don't. god knows I am guilty of not thinking, though that may be one of my lesser crimes.
How easy it is to hurt somebody. A few simple words. And always for love. I have never hurt a person I did not love.
It's no wonder the world is mad! |
