lost keys

Contributed by ming on Tuesday, 31st December 2013 @ 07:22:15 PM in AEST
Topic: abstract

the cold drizzle
consistently
unforgiving

it's deceptive
so I stop
counting

worn now
around wrist
and neck

maybe
a patina
of desperation

unlocking
poems
of sacred space

I have
no facts
of open doors.

Shines with a sheen of inspiration, lines such as 'a patina of desperation....unlocking poems of sacred space'. Enjoyed searching for the key to this poem.

An intriguing read I must say. To wrap my mind around the point is what I attempt: and brilliantly it is written in such a way that the answer is revealed evermore with each reading,

Unlocking poems of sacred space.......Life in continuum until a key is found or a state of being that enables the flow of creativity. There is a breath of fresh air in your humility and the carefully chosen words that effectively connect and a peace in a communicated truth and understanding.
