Topic: oops

Lost in translation, stumbling before the fall.
Words as weapons to divide the people in lull.
Stagnation in melting pots, superstition among the peers.
Cherry picking ammo to gather a world lost on fear.
Walls filled ignorance to harden the softest heart.
Untimely rouses to tear global families apart.
All this from textbook understandings of an unknown universe.
Following predictions that are always coerced.

Corporation controlled policies, only the powerful prevail.
Nature an enemy with commerce appeal.
Golden roads an intangible possession, a harvested dream.
Infamous idols constantly streamed.

Violence just an excuse to take what you want.
Human life a number that is believed to be dropped.
Sustainable living a communities paradise.
Lost on the living since it comes with so small a price.

Footpaths in the sand, green footprints in the sky.
All this we wonder, as the heads of state lie.
Bickering children in big boy satin suits.
Pillaging the people while justifying elite sighted roots.

The people forgetting the power they hold.
Surrounded by soldiers who only listen to the fold.
Once we see common ground those soldiers will become a friend.
Police are just people who are blinded by corporate revenge.
Once the light shines, it is hard to go back.
With the guidance of love behind our backs.
