Untamable

Topic: oops

Just think of what the future can bring, just think about the unborn bird waiting to sing, anticipating that first step, a leap of the ledge, the first night , the unforgettable dream , into the abyss, she spread her wings, she glides across the sky, in the warm breeze of spring, in the sunshine of of the morning , hoping, praying, not to fall and die, craving tomorrow, seeking answers , what makes the earth spin, what makes love endure, who are we, and who are we here for?

Just think of what the past has forgotten, the love that has been absconded, the morality that has been rescinded, taken away , burned , incinerated , with the fumes a smoke dampen, the flames scorch the skin naked, the wind, breathe sparks of the forsaken, bring her down into the darkness, caves of desperation. there , I find nothing but stale promises and fading air, complete madness , entangled in all that I could prepare , noting is fair , unimagined the nightmares of my nights, your ghost appears , I cower in fear , for you are the love that no longer lives here .

Harrowing! from one extreme to the other, you have taken me on a journey from birth to death.
Well thought out and written!
Left me with chills.

Unfathomable, isn't it. . . that love disappears into nothing sometimes? But it never truly dies and ghosts remain - in that sense, as you say "untameable".

Love is really one kind of energy transfer, and energy really never disappears -- it just transforms into something else. Therefore, in a sense it is always there as a force for good - waiting to be energized into some other form. (Philosophizing here...)

The spark lives inside you. Great poem!
Blessings, S.

This is a mesmerizing read. Like a ying and yang of love. The visual way you phrased this, and the thought it provokes, reminds me very much how I came to enjoy your work in the first place. Great spin on the second stanza, and I love the feisty title.

Your fan,

~Scorp
