bloody hands caressing your lovely face
drawing your image forever in his mind
your image seen from a different angle...
from the point of view of the blind
his eyes see your magnificent features but can't penetrate
the veil masking your eyes where dwells so much hate
you know he is ready to burn the sky for you
he has already killed a woman just because you wanted him to
it is her blood staining his shaking hands
it is his life he's putting on risk, he could be condamned to die
but for you he would accept anything how could he guess
that if he died not a single tear would you cry
and he shivers as you whisper "thank you" in his ear
and the "i love you " you say is just for him to hear
but how can he know, while from your lips a kiss is sent
that this kiss is the price of his soul, that it is fake, never meant
you use him and abuse him and manipulate him endlessly
and then one day you will just leave him and break his heart carelessly
but until now he can't see
you're making of him what you want him to be
he still sees of you an image of another kind
an image seen from the point of view of the blind

The dark angel, a classic theme
he can't see through her
she will use, abuse and manipulate
deception, betreyal as underlying theme.
The title is awesome, some good lines
you have talent but you haven't given
this poem it's worth. |
