I love it when you smile,
I love the way it makes me feel,
I love it when you grip my hand,
My love for you I cannot conceal,
I love it when you kiss me,
My mind flickers in delight,
I love it when you hug me,
I can hardly wait for Friday night,
I love the twinkle in your eye,
I love the sound of your laugh,
My love for you is as wide as an elephant,
My love for you is as high as a giraffe
One thing I cannot deny is this place you have carved into my heart,
You are very special and you need to know,
Without you my world would fall apart.

The only advice I have is to keep it the way you wrote it. That is what will keep it genuine. What you have here is the real you. Any other critique or changes are not from your heart but from someone else. Only you know how you feel and only she knows how she feels. Express it to each other.
Of course that is only one opinion but you did indeed ask.

Believe me. There is nothing more that a lady loves and appreciate than her man that lays his heart out there for her. Grate effort she will love it don't change a thing for you will spoil the essence of you message of love and devotion to her. Well done. Blessings
