Unlikely

Topic: InspirationalPoems

Its not likely that I'll be here next year,
Its not likely that I'll see in new year,
Its not likely that I'll feel the rain,
Its not likely that I'll will feel more pain.

Its not likely that I'll see him today,
Its not likely that he'll lead me astray,
Its not likely that i'll find new love,
Its not likely that he'd see me above.

Its not likely that he wanted me at all,
Its not likely that he'd give me a call,
Its not likely that we'd ever agree,
Its not likely that he'd be there for me.

He was gracious, pure and good,
So why didn't he understand,
Its not likely that i wouldn't have understood,
Maybe it was likely that he'd had it all planned.

Alone again? Me?
This time I'm on my way out.

Its not likely that I care who hurts me,
Its not likely that I care who betrays me.
But sometimes I really do.

It's not likely that i'd die without him,
It's not likely that i'd cry without him,
So who cares?

Not me.
