Good morning, says the Sun with cheer
All our confusions, His brightness dispels
He magnanimously starts His holy duty
He never rests or makes any complaint
During all the time, He with joy shines
Teaching the Cosmos to be generous
He does not preach or feel damn proud
He calmly supplies brightness humbly
He drives away darkness while working
He neither criticizes nor blames the Lord
He gives to all the same service kindly
No discrimination is by Him allowed
He possesses unbelievable energy
In a way, He feels duty first always
In His absence, He arranged for rain
All seasons, due to the help of Sun
A representative of the holy Almighty
Faith in God, His kind service gives
Let the World learn from Him the truth
As God only made him for us to live.

I convexly, aridly contemplate the meaning of Sun, placed next to Fun.
As within the dry scorched desert where no water or life and be found. Conversely, as in the night, where a glimpse of the Sun is reflected off perhaps only the edge of the moon.
We greet the day, as some other greats the end of day.
You suggest Fun, is given by a day in the Sun, and this can be true, while whereas Fun actually can be had under the night sky, or even in a room with no windows.
Latent energy, which the Sun does give, does not give fun sight unseen, the eyes might however, looking upon said Sun, or considering such any such theme
that might be construed to be, for some, Fun.
Alas, we can think God, or intone a God, but define Fun...
The fear of God, made the Sun create Fun, is that what you mean? Or, is there a Sun God?
A Sun King of Fun? Perhaps the real God held in his giant hand a treasure chest, that each day he opened up, like kids make figures by projecting shapes with their hands blocking the rays of a flashlight - is Fun then only a shadow puppet for some?
Actually, the first thing that came to mind with your poem was fun, the beach, or family close by.
Sorry for the dreary comment.
Nice piece!
Peace! |
