Always On My Mind

Contributed by Jalo on Saturday, 21st September 2013 @ 12:11:57 AM in AEST
Topic: DreamsandWishes

I thought about you today, but it was nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday and the day before to.
Why is the thought of you always on my mind why can't I get over you, why does my heart cry.
The smell of you, your touch, so gentle and divine the softness of your lips pressed against mine.
They way you would look at me with those big brown eyes like you were looking into my soul and could read my mind.
The feeling I would get of being the only woman in your life.
A connection like no other could ever describe and as a matter of fact you're on my mind, right now, as I write.
Bringing joy and sadness
a smile and tears
feeling happiness because of the laughs we shared,
and sadness because of the words that were said.
But no matter what life has thrown our way we have still managed to be the best of friends knowing that love always conquers all in the end.
