a message clear,
and meant for me:
don’t mess around with the sea
the sand is menacing as well,
keep away from the swell!
stop wondering how it behaves,
or you might encounter “errant” waves…
get the drift? do you sa-vee?
you’ve far too much curiosity
act like a seal and leave,
the tide gives you this one reprieve
drop the shells, don’t stop to pee,
leave things as they’re meant to be
salt water is your enemy:
don’t muck about with the sea.

10 years in the RN, and given your chosen
title for this little gem, I just had to give it
a once over.
And now that I've read it ....... Geez, ''hands
to bathe'' in the middle of the Indian Ocean
could have been my worst nightmare!
Well crafted as usual, Spikers.
