The words I write are with me,
inside my heart and mind.
I never need much searching,
within my soul to find.
Some inner light, my muse to write,
from thoughts all tossed and twisted.
A fountain flows, with rhyming prose,
from some place high and lifted.
That brings to life the words I write
for all the world to see.
An image kind and wicked of the
gifted part of me.

Delightful sing-songly music! We all write from "thoughts all tossed and twisted"..you have struck the heart of the writer's journey!
Well done. Thank you for saying what so many feel.
