Nameless

Contributed by Jyssvw22 on Wednesday, 31st July 2013 @ 05:23:33 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Tempered enthusiasm
I expect nothing much
I will accept anything delivered with a soft touch
Received with gratitude
Like a gift from above
On my knees now
Praying for a little love

A blessing in disguise
I give in to compromise
I'm half dead
Half alive
My heart beats
As my souls dies
I gaze upwards
Shooting stars fall from the night sky
When the daylight arrives
It's time to kiss you one last goodbye
Whisper to you words
I never would have dreamed you heard
The first tear drops
The second concurs
So begins the end
A foe for a friend
Some one I used to know
Never again
You are my sin

Full disclosure
Nothing has changed
I am still the same
A piece of garbage
Without a name
Throw me away
My flesh is diseased
I sneeze
My internals bleed
My sense is that you finally have what you need
Me gone
You appeased
Me hung
By neck
Strangled
Until death

The intensity of your words leave one breathless. I followed each word as they moved from one to another. Quite a soul tearing write - one cries for you. Great write, P

How do you always do it? Excruciating detail. Emotive poetry packed with much pomp and circumstance.

I hope you are living the life, and doing well.
