The Wind
You whispered my name,
And the wind blew it to me.
For so many years your intentions,
I did not see.
So now what becomes,
Of two people at different points in life.
When you have a husband,
And I have a wife.
What was once then,
Can not possibly happen now.
We got to get pass these temptations,
But I’m not quite sure how.
To jeopardize what I have,
Is not in my plan.
And I can’t allow these feelings,
To get further out of hand.
You whispered my name,
And the wind blew it to me.
But for now and forever,
This is the way it has to be.
