There is another name for this poem, which is the exact same format as haiku. Haiku poems were created in Japan. They are poems of nature. That being said, a very creative 5-7-5 count in which you were able to produce rhymes. I read many poems in my life, and I never saw anybody accomplish this in a 5-7-5 poem. I think the piece is great, and welcome back to writing! |
