The real heroics of heroism

Athletes scoring the winning points of glory are idolized for their performance.

Musicians singing expressing are admired for their popular songs.

Joy from the icons of entertainment is not considered heroism.

Firefighters barge through inferno mazes to rescue people in buildings.

Soldiers rush into enemy bullets to lift the wounded back to national soil.

A life to saving lives without the ego indulging the courageous acts is real heroism.

I like the statements in your poetry. It is poetry like this that inspires me to write.
