Don't bother crossing the street, chicken

Suicide
|
As my heart fills with cyanide
My tears a sizzling red
I wonder to myself
if I'd be happier dead
Translucent ghosts of suicide
They float inside my head
But I think I like them better
Than this all consuming dread
My will to carry on has died
What keeps me here alive
Is knowing grass is never greener
On the other side
